Andrew at Crafts and Minis got me interested in #HobbyStreak last year when he began posting his videos and tweets about his daily progress in the hobby. The idea is that you do a little every day and record it on Twitter with the #HobbyStreak hashtag so that people can follow along and, together with everyone else who's doing the same, you can see some real progress as time passes.

Day 640 1st October 2021. ‘In the lands of the North, where the black rocks stand guard against the cold sea, in the dark night that is very long the men of the Northlands sit by their great log fires and they tell a tale…’
Day 641 2nd October 2021. I painted the Italeri bridge. 28mm miniature for scale, as you can see, it's clearly designed for smaller miniatures but I guess it'll do.
Day 642 3rd October 2021. My latest painting update video.
Day 643 4th October 2021. I have a horrendous cold today but I did manage to start preparing the Noggin miniatures. I'm going to paint these in 3 batches, beginning with the soldiers.
Day 644 5th October 2021. I still have a horrendous cold today but I did manage to put some basic colours on the soldiers.
Day 645 6th October 2021. I still have a horrendous cold so all i managed today was to add the ink wash to most of the remaining miniatures in my Noggin set.
Day 646 7th October 2021. I made some good progress on my Nog soldiers today.
Day 647 8th October 2021. I've done all the stripey bits. Just hair and metals and horses to go now.
Day 648 9th October 2021. Nearly done, basing tomorrow.
Day 649 10th October 2021. Noggin and his soldiers are complete.
Day 650 11th October 2021. Starting on the second batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures.
Day 651 12th October 2021. Good progress on the second batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures.
Day 652 13th October 2021. 10 complete and 5 to go from this second batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures.
Day 653 14th October 2021. Progress on the last 5 miniatures from this second batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures.
Day 654 15th October 2021. The second batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures is done.
Day 655 16th October 2021. The second batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures is based.
Day 656 17th October 2021. The third batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures is underway.
Day 657 18th October 2021. Good progress on the third batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures (and a sneaky Russian general).
Day 658 19th October 2021. Nearly finished this third batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures.
Day 659 20th October 2021. I've finished this third batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures except for the chessboard and sandwiches. The Russian general needs a bit of work too.
Day 660 21st October 2021. I've finished this third batch of Noggin the Nog miniatures and started the basing. The Russian general is done too.
Day 661 22nd October 2021. Everything's based.
Day 662 23rd October 2021. My next project is Rennaissance Warfare.
Day 663 24th October 2021. All set for colouring in. Metal miniatures from Artizan Designs.
Day 664 25th October 2021. Blocking in some base colours on the first of my Landsknecht pikes.
Day 665 26th October 2021. That's the base colours completed for my Landsknecht pikes, now the easy part begins.
Day 666 27th October 2021. Mark and I had another Crimean game today. This one was very close but still resulted in a British win.
Day 667 28th October 2021. My Landsknecht pikes are completed. Now to do the next 18 before I can assemble them into their units.
Day 668 29th October 2021. My 2nd set of Landsknecht pikes is ready for colouring.
Day 669 30th October 2021. Tonight we played the 4th instalment of our Beach Patrol ttrpg run by Giro. A nasty Halloween surprise at the end rounded the evening off nicely.
Day 670 31st October 2021. I've started blocking in the base colours on my 2nd set of Landsknecht pikes.
