Andrew at Crafts and Minis got me interested in #HobbyStreak last year when he began posting his videos and tweets about his daily progress in the hobby. The idea is that you do a little every day and record it on Twitter with the #HobbyStreak hashtag so that people can follow along and, together with everyone else who's doing the same, you can see some real progress as time passes.
This year I decided to give it a try. You can follow my daily updates on my Twitter feed and, from time to time I'll be updating this page with my progress as well.Andrew at Crafts and Minis got me interested in #HobbyStreak last year when he began posting his videos and tweets about his daily progress in the hobby. Day three hundred and twenty 15th November 2020 I continued to paint my ACW today but I don't like them and I've decided not to continue with this project. It's retreading old ground and my enthusiasm has waned. Until then I'm casting around for something different. I have some WWII on the way.
Day three hundred and twenty-one 16th November 2020 In a couple of weeks, we're going to be starting a Wired Neon Cities ttrpg campaign so I've spent some time making a map.
Day three hundred and twenty-two 17th November 2020 I've started on a set of 20 Urban War militia. Nice, simple miniatures that I hope will be quick to paint and make good armed civilians or perps for sci-fi games when they're done. Also, a couple of platoon's worth of WWII British arrived from NorthStar.
Day three hundred and twenty-three 18th November 2020 I've blocked in and highlighted the basic colours on the clothing of the first set of 10 militia.

Day three hundred and thirty 25th November 2020 Today I painted the base colours on my WWII British uniforms and webbing and added the ink wash. I had a bit of time so I painted the helmets too and highlighted up one miniature to check the colours.

Day three hundred and thirty-three 28th November 2020 Tonight we played the first instalment of our new cyberpunk ttrpg Wired Neon Cities. Corporations were hacked, heavies and gangers were cut down and children were rescued.
Day three hundred and thirty-four 29th November 2020 The 24 WWII British are finished. Basing tomorrow.
Day three hundred and thirty-five 30th November 2020 I've based my British. There's going to be a delay now because the Germans I ordered aren't here yet so I'll have to find something to do in the meantime.
