​Andrew at Crafts and Minis got me interested in #HobbyStreak last year when he began posting his videos and tweets about his daily progress in the hobby. The idea is that you do a little every day and record it on Twitter with the #HobbyStreak hashtag so that people can follow along and, together with everyone else who's doing the same, you can see some real progress as time passes.
This year I decided to give it a try. You can follow my daily updates on my Twitter feed and, from time to time I'll be updating this page with my progress as well.

Day 457 1st April 2021. I've started putting the base colours on the first two units of my Crimean Russian infantry.

Day 458 2nd April 2021. Good progress on the first two units of my Crimean Russian infantry.

Day 459 3rd April 2021. Just the flesh and guns left to do on my Crimean Russian infantry.

Day 460 4th April 2021. I've finished the first two units of my Crimean Russian infantry.

Day 461 5th April 2021. My Russian infantry are based and my Highlanders are ready for colouring.

Day 462 6th April 2021. My Base colours and the tartan is done, white piping, flesh and weapons to go.

Day 463 7th April 2021. Nearly there now.

Day 464 8th April 2021. My Crimean Highlanders are done.

Day 465 9th April 2021. My Crimean Highlanders are based and some Russian Grenadiers are underway.

Day 466 10th April 2021. Tonight we played the 18th instalment of our cyberpunk ttrpg using the Wired Neon City rules. For the first time in their lives, the team ventured outside Neon City into the Wilderness. Minds were blown.

Day 467 11th April 2021. The Russian Grenadiers are well underway. I was worried the Russians would be a pain to paint because they're all so similar but I love doing them because they're so simple.

Day 468 12th April 2021. The Russian Grenadiers are done.

Day 469 13th April 2021. The Russian Grenadiers are based and the Coldstream Guards are ready for paint.

Day 470 14th April 2021. The Coldstream Guards are nearly done.

Day 471 15th April 2021. The Coldstream Guards are done.

Day 472 16th April 2021. The Coldstream Guards are based.

Day 473 17th April 2021. Today we played the 19th instalment of our cyberpunk ttrpg campaign using Wired Neon City rules. Lots of stuff happened, most of it dangerous.

Day 474 18th April 2021. I've started on the next two units of Crimean Russians but, since I ordered the wrong command group, I'm going to paint my Moscow regiment from Foundry at the same time.

Day 475 19th April 2021. Progress the next two units of Crimean Russians and the Moscow Regiment.

Day 476 20th April 2021. The next two units of Crimean Russians and the Moscow Regiment are nearing completion.

Day 477 21st April 2021. Today I did the character sketches of the team for the next book about our cyberpunk ttrpg campaign using the Wired Neon City rules.

Day 478 22nd April 2021. Today I finished the Moscow regiment.

Day 479 23rd April 2021. The 10 Russian infantry are done and the order with the command figures has arrived so it's on to them next to get these bases filled.

Day 480 24th April 2021. Today we played the 20th instalment of our cyberpunk ttrpg campaign using Wired Neon City rules. The team attended the Freak Fights, joined in, won lots of cash, patched up a romance, rescued goth girls and found a cult to fight.

Day 481 25th April 2021. My final Russian infantry command are underway and I've decided to do my 4 British Rifles skirmishers at the same time.

Day 482 26th April 2021. My Russian infantry and 4 British Rifles skirmishers are done.

Day 483 27th April 2021. My Russian infantry, Moscow Regiment and British Rifles skirmishers are based.

Day 484 28th April 2021. The first two bases of British line infantry ready for colouring. These will be the 47th Lancashire Regiment with white facings.

Day 485 29th April 2021. The base colours on the 2 British infantry bases are done.

Day 486 30th April 2021. Good progress on the 2 British infantry groups.
