Imagine my surprise when I was contacted by the V&A Gallery and asked if they could display some of my work in an exhibition about video games.
It turns out that a set of alien rocks I made way back when for my Alien World project had caught the eye of someone at Hello Games and they'd been inspired to include the design within No Man's Sky. Here they are:
Since I'm never likely to have anything else I've made exhibited at the V&A we had a family excursion to go and see the show.
This is me with my amazing creation.
They got my website name wrong of course.
UPDATE: 13.11.18
They've corrected my name in the documentation. Yay! UPDATE: 05.12.22
I've been playing No Man's Sky on the Switch recently and I think these may be my rocks in-game. |
I have a Nintendo Switch so I've never played No Man's Sky but for those of you that own a copy, keep an eye out for my rocks when you're exploring planets, I'd appreciate a screenshot if you spot them.
I bought the book for £25.00 but I'm not in it.
